Ralph receives needed surgery.

We are so happy to report that Ralph's surgery was sponsored in August by a caring and generous person from New York. The surgery was performed by Dr Philippe and Dr. Rony at the center called: "Centre Medical Emmanuel" located in Cayes-Jacmel, Haiti.


Because of the surgery, Ralph is in a better mood and has lifted spirits. He is smiling all the time now. His friends don't tease him anymore. He can now wear a belt with no pain or difficulties. He is so happy! We thank Krista very much for her kind and gentle heart, and for giving Ralph a gift that has changed his life forever. See the Proof of Impact to view before and after photos.

William Mitchell College of Law continues support for buya.org

Since our inception, William Mitchell College of Law has generously supported buya.org and our effort to help the poor, the vulnerable and the disadvantaged.

Being a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity, it is extremely important for us to not only keep our costs to a minimum, but also to make certain that buya.org has trusted advisers that can help us implement the vision of our charity. Buya.org's mission is to connect people who have much and need little...to those who have little and need so much.

In 2006, Julie Finch of Law Offices of Julie L. Finch, PLLC and William Mitchell College of Law assisted buya.org with application for legal status as a Minnesota non-profit organization and application for 501(c)(3) status from the IRS along with other advisory services needed to launched the buya.org website.

At the time of this writing, (Sept, 2007) Julie Finch and William Mitchell College of Law have again, committed their continued support to advise buya.org. We are so grateful for the generous and continued support and their willingness to support our efforts to help the poor, the vulnerable and the disadvantaged.
